| Admission & Withdrawal |

- No admission is complete until the School-leaving certificate from the last recognized school is produced.
- The Headmistress reserves the right to test the child for the new admission. A preliminary test will be given to the child seeking admission.
- Pupil failing twice in a class will have to be withdrawn by the parents.
- Irregular attendance, non-payment of fees, disobedience, misconduct are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student from the school without any notice.
- The minimum age for the nursery class is 2 years and 6 Months.

| The Admission Test |
|
| Every student seeking admission will be administered a written test which will be of the standard of Annual Examination of the class preceding that for which admission is sought. The Admission Test shall be held as under: |

| Procedure for payment of Fee |
|
- Fee will be charged for 12 months.
- All fee are payable by the 10 th of the month.
- Fee and other charges are payable in Cash/Cheque only at the counter of payment of fee are firm 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
- Late fee fine of Rs 10/- per day shall be charged from the 11 th to 20 th the month of payment; thereafter, the name of defaulter shall be struck of the rolls. Such ex-students may be re-admitted at the sole discretion of the principal on payment of re-admission.
- Duplicate Fee Bill may be issued on payment of Rs10/- Parents shall preserve the fee receipt and produce it whenever required by the school for occasional checking.

| Withdrawals : |
|
- A clear one month’s notice or one month’s fee in lieu thereof is necessary in case a parent wants to withdraw his/her child from the school.
- The following categories of pupils may be asked to withdraw from the school.

| (a) |
Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to profit from the education imparted in the school. |
| (b) |
Those whose fee in arrears. |
| (c) |
Those whose behavior, in the opinion of the School Management, harmful in the interest of the school. |
| (d) |
Those who indulge in cheating, misconduct or adoption of unfair means in the examination. |
| (e) |
Those whose parents show disrespect to the school Management, Principal and Staff. |
| (f) |
For refund of caution money, one weeks notice/Performa application in writing must be given to enable the applicant/parent application in writing must be given to enable the applicant/patent to withdraw the security in respect of his/her child. |
| (g) |
Caution money is refundable on the written application of the parent within 3 months of the date of withdrawal of the child from the school after adjustment of all outstanding dues of the school against the Child. On the expiry of the said period, the security will lapse to the school. |
